• 1. Surface Electroplating and Coating Products

     The process of surface electroplating & coating is a method to do the surface treatment on product surface. Electroplating is primarily used for depositing thin metallic layer of the material to change the material property and build up thickness on undersized parts. The electroplating can bestow some desired property such as abrasion and wear protection, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, lubricity, aesthetic qualities, etc.
     Coating is a process that blasts the plastic powder on the surface of parts. The coating treatment can improve the surface property of substrate and appear the original stereoscopic pattern then to improve appearance, water resistance, scratch resistance, etc.
     We can do the surface electroplating & coating treatment on the aluminum die castings (the trademark of aluminum ingot: USA standard: A380, Japanese standard: ADC12) and zinc alloy die castings in accordance with the requirement of customers. The services include surface electroplating (e.g. chrome plating) and coating according the color plate. We can also do the screen printing on the coated surface.
